On the 12's – 12 reps on, rest the same amount of time it took to do reps, then 12 reps on, rest the same amount of time it took to do the reps, and so on, for 4-minutes per station. Rest 1-minute between stations. 

7 Stations by 4-minutes per Station - Start at Station 1.
1.     Wall Balls
2.    Elevated Alternate Reverse Lunge
3.    TRX Row
4.    Elevated Close Grip Push-up
5.    Bodyweight Thrusters
6.    Landmine Squat to Press
7.    Mountain Climber

Partner Race - Evenly Match Teams (no team, just perform exercise with 1:4 ratio (work to rest time) over 30-yards). Go from 1-exercise to the next until completed. First team to finish wins:
1.   2 Length Turf Sprint
2.  12-Box Jump
3.  Run Once Around Building
4.  12-Burpees
