4-Minutes Per Station - Buddy On/Buddy Off - Follow Reps or Times Per Station Per the Below (lots of pers) Alternating with Buddy.

7 Stations by 4-minutes per Station - Start at Station 1.
1.     TRX Push Up Plank with Feet Scissors  - 10 (out and in with feet).
2.    Landmine Squat to Press - 12 (buddy does banded bi-curl while waiting)
3.    Med Ball Chest Pass - 30 (buddy does flutter kicks while waiting)
4.    Skierg - 60 Seconds (buddy does underhand banded pull-aparts)
5.    Alternate DBL KB Single Deadlift - 7/7
6.    Inverted Barbell Row - 12
7.    Barbell Curl - 12
