4-Minutes Per Station - Buddy On/Buddy Off - Follow Reps or Times Per Station Per the Below (lots of pers) Alternating with Buddy.

7 Stations by 4-minutes per Station - Start at Station 1.
1.     Seated Versus Row  - 10/10 (out and in with feet).
2.    Landmine Depth Squat - 5/5 (buddy does banded bi-curl while waiting)
3.    Med Ball Slam - 30 (buddy does flutter kicks while waiting)
4.    Rower - 60 Seconds (buddy does underhand banded pull-aparts)
5.    DBL Suitcase KB Single Deadlift - 10
6.    Banded Face Pulls - 20
7.    Cable Rope Curl - 12
