1.     Standing Alternating Versus Military  - 10 (buddy does seated versus row)
2.    SA Landmine DL- 5/5 (buddy does elevated incline close-grip)
3.    Skierg - 120M (buddy does flutter kicks while waiting)
4.    Back to Front Banded Bicep - 20/20 (buddy does overhead banded tri)
5.    VIPr SL Deadlift - 10/10
6.    Cable Upright Row - 10
7.     Pop Ball Slams- 10
