3.    Mountain Climbers - 20/20 (buddy does Cable Tri Push Down - 10)
4.    Rotating Reverse Ball Slam Against Wall - 5/5 (buddy does Wall Ball)
5.    Weighted Step Ups - 10/10 (buddy does Double Rope Slam)
6.    Incline DB Bench - 5 (buddy does rapid banded bicep curl)
7.     KB Cleans - 10 (buddy Planks)
