4-Minutes Per Station - Buddy On/Buddy Off - Follow Reps or Times Per Station Per the Below. Alternating with Buddy.

7 Stations by 4-minutes per Station - Start at Station 1.
1.     Alt Side Lunge with VIPr  - 10/10 (buddy does TRX Fly)
2.    Sledgehammer Big Tire - 5/5 per side
3.    V-Sit Ups- 20 (buddy does plank)
4.    Standing Straight Arm Banded Rotations - 10/10 (buddy does squat jax)
5.    SA KB DL - 10 (buddy does hammer curl)
6.    DB Bench - 5 (buddy does rapid banded bicep curl)
7.     Seated DBL Rope Military Press - `15 - not actually seated, in iso-squat hold (buddy 3 PT Planks)
