4-Minutes Per Station - Buddy On/Buddy Off - Follow Reps or Times Per Station Per the Below. Alternating with Buddy.

7 Stations by 4-minutes per Station - Start at Station 1.
1.    Heavy Pec Fly - 5 (buddy does banded bicep curl)
2.    Situp Medball Toss Back and Forth 10/10 - rest 10-seconds, repeat.
3.    Sandbag Forward Lunge Walk Up and Back (buddy does banded press)
4.    Rower 10/5/10/5/10 (buddy does alt db curl)
5.    Alt Steps Ups - 10 (buddy does broad jump)
6.    DB Bench - 10 (buddy does banded face-pull)
7.     TRX Y's - `10 (buddy tire flip back and forth)
