4-Minutes Per Station - Buddy On/Buddy Off - Follow Reps or Times Per Station Per the Below. Alternating with Buddy.

7 Stations by 4-minutes per Station - Start at Station 1.
1.    Heavy Neutral Press - 5 (buddy does banded cross-bicep curl)
2.    Incline Burpee 10- rest 10-seconds, repeat.
3.    Hammer Tire - 10 (buddy does banded row)
4.    Bike 5/10/5/10/5 (buddy does Jump Rope)
5.    Incline Close Grip Push Up - 10 (buddy does Flutter Kick)
6.    Wall Ball - 10 (buddy does pop ball slam)
7.     TRX Row to Rotate - `5/5 (buddy Banded Tri Ext)
