4-Minutes Per Station - Buddy On/Buddy Off - Follow Reps or Times Per Station Per the Below. Alternating with Buddy.

7 Stations by 4-minutes per Station - Start at Station 1.
1.    Banded Press with Alt Knee Lift at Extension -  10/10 reps (buddies go at same time - 20-second rest b/t rounds)
2.    Seated V-Situps - 20 reps (buddy does wall sit)
3.    Tire Flip - 5 (buddy does cable tricep pushdown)
4.    Rower 5/10/5/10/5 (buddy does easy bike)
5.    Cookband Close Grip Push Up - 20 (buddy does Flutter Kick)
6.    Pop Ball Rainbow Slam - 5/5 (buddy does plank)
7.     Tabletop TRX Row - `10 (buddy alt Straight Arm Banded Chops)
