Barbell Bench - 5 Sets of 5 reps (5lbs Heavier Than Last Monday from 75% of 1 Rep Max)

Then...

Circuit – 40 Seconds On, by 20 Seconds Rest for 3-Rounds. (Rest 1-minute between rounds. Start at exercise 1 and move to subsequent exercises from there until exercise 6. Go through 3x).

1.  Single Arm Incline DB Bench Left - 12
2. Single Arm Incline DB Bench Right - 12
3. Pull Up - 5 + 5 (5 reps, rest briefly, 5 more reps)
4. Push Up with Valslide Mountain Climber (Perform Push, bringing each leg up (alternating) at top of push up, repeat)
5. 1/2 Kneeling Banded Chop Right
6. 1/2 Kneeling Banded Chop Left
7. Bench Hop Overs
