Workout Saturday 8/26/17

On the 12's – 12 reps on, rest the same amount of time it took to do reps, then 12 reps on, rest the same amount of time it took to do the reps, and so on, for 4-minutes per station. Rest 1-minute between stations.

2.    Dualing Kneeling Banded Chops (one knee down on floor, other leg ahead of you at 90-degrees - pull band down from overhead to the hip of same side as knee down).

7.    Skaters
8.    Push Up Jax


No finisher - 8th Station Added
