Jenna Nelson, Owner and Personal Trainer
Jenna was destined to be in the health and fitness field. Searching for a way to heal her own chronic back pain since she was 13 years old, it only makes sense that she would now spend my days helping others heal their pain. She has met with some of the top surgeons in Boston, worked with some great physical therapists, master practitioners who focus on posture and chronic pain, holistic nutritionists, and from them all she has developed her own niche in the fitness industry.
Jenna's passion is cultivating symmetry and balance in the body. Correcting posture and improving movement patterns. Creating a stable and solid foundation gives us the freedom to focus on Strength. A clean diet is non-negotiable if you want to look and feel your best. Jenna believes so much in what we do, and what we practice, that its impossible to not be overwhelmed with happiness every time she goes to work.
Dave Nelson, Personal Trainer
Dave's journey in fitness started many years ago when his 3 brothers and him would lift in their family's basement. This passion for thriving through fitness carried itself to high school and college, where Dave served as the captain for both the Xaverian Brothers High School and Lafayette College football teams, helping lead the former to a 10-win season and the latter to back-to-back championships. Dave also competed in powerlifting, where he won the Massachusetts State meet in the 220LB weight class, as well as garnering best overall lifter. Dave's athletic pursuits garnered him many accolades, but none more significant than being given the ECAC Award of Valor for returning to the field his senior year of college after a near-fatal accident. Dave spent 10-years in technology sales before coming on full-time, with the most recent years helping Silicon Valley companies get off the ground in New England and Canada. Dave is now passionately living his dream of helping people of all types thrive and reach milestones they never thought imaginable. He deeply believes excellence and progress are only gained through the committed process itself, not in some outcome far into the future. It is the daily practice of discipline, consistency, effort and desire to become your very best.
Dave is the proud husband of Jenna and dad of Henry and Luke. He holds a B.A. from Lafayette College, and is a NSCA-CPT, iNLP Master Practitioner, and Certified Mental Strength Coach.
Dave enjoys athletic pursuits in all forms from hiking to powerlifiting to endurance racing. Three big and audacious personal life goals Dave has are to complete the Hawaiian Ironman, climb Mt. Kilimanjaro, deadlift 600-pounds, and visit Buddhist temples in Thailand.

Sam Spatola, Personal Trainer
Sam knew very early on that she wanted to be involved in health and fitness. She was a competitive cheerleader since she was 7 years old and all through college. Sam graduated from Bridgewater State University with a degree in Psychology and Behavior Analysis. She finds that the background knowledge of human behavior is extremely beneficial and important to have as a personal trainer!
Shortly after undergoing a surgical procedure to repair a torn labrum in her hip, Sam received her personal training certification in 2014 with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Working with physical therapists and personal trainers inspired her to take the leap into a personal training career. Not only did she want to continue enjoying the benefits that fitness has to offer, but she wanted to be able to offer those benefits to others! “I just want to help people. I do this job to help people.” She finds being a personal trainer to be the most rewarding role that she has taken on and wants to continue to pursue further education in the fitness field!
Sam LOVES to learn and just wants to be the best personal trainer she can be. With plans to sit for her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) exam in the coming months, she is hopeful to add that to her area of expertise. “This industry is ever-changing. You can never stop learning and that’s the beauty of it.”
